Solve : NO BIOS SET UP?

Ok SOMEONE suggested for me to foemat and delete PARTION and add partion.Now that i have done that i can,t seem to get into the BIOS set up when i wait for the Dell screen to appear ill hit Ctrl Alt Delete but nothing happens.How can i fix this problem?Ive got a DEll Demision L800cxe .im running win me when it did workJagee....... Have you tried putting your Win original cd in the cd-rom and rebooting with the cd in the DRIVE ?

dl65  BIOS access methods vary between computer and motherboard vendors.  Some require you to PRESS ESC, some F2, some F10, some DEL, some hold down SHIFT, some hold down CTRL.  Try 'em in TURN.  No motherboard that I have heard of requires you to enter the BIOS by pressing CTRL-ALT-DELETE.  I think this may be a misunderstanding on your part?Some older Dells used Ctl-Alt-Enter.
