Answer» Hello, i have a problem when i start my pc there is just a wallpaper and no icons, alco ctrl ALT delete doesnt work( appears black window), on a safe mode all icons shows up, but i cant restore my system, also ANTIVIRUS is not updated so i cant use it also.
