I have Outlook express and receiving no emails . I can send . I have talked with my provider and they have no answer. any help is apprecited . I do not have any spam programs EITHER. I have windows xp . Thank you very  much . RozWhen you click send and receive, do you see any error messages?Have you verified your email account settings in OE?  If you go to Tools, Accounts, Mail, select your email account, select Properties, and then select Servers, is the Incoming mail (POP3) code what it should be?  

Has this worked in the past?  there are no error message . and all my settings are correct. Its really puzzleing . when you click and recive nothing . this started 2 days ago .Can you access you email via web browser?  If you don't know, visit your ISP's website and look for info.  I use OE and normally use it for my Earthlink email account, but I can also access my email via Earthlink's WebMail, using my browser.  If you can do that, you could verify that you have mail out there that's waiting to be retrieved.  You could do a test by sending yourself a message and seeing with it appears in your webmail access.yes I can access it thru IE . ALSO on the webmail account there is nothing waiting .Well, now we know the problem is not with OE.  OE can't retrieve email when there's none on your ISP mail server waiting to be downloaded, which is what you verified by checking webmail.  

Try sending a few test messages to yourself and/or ask someone to send you a message.  You should be able to see them via web access to your email.  If not, then you DEFINITELY have an issue to resolve with your ISP.  

Does your ISP have a spam blocking feature that might be blocking your mail?  Earthlink has a spamBlocker.  Users can choose among three levels of strength.  I have it set to the highest level.  At that level, the only messages that download to my computer are ones I've added to my ONLINE address book by logging onto my email account via web browser.  
A couple of days ago 4 major spammers got busted, my incoming email dropped from 10 a day to 0.
Perhaps no-one is writing to you....enjoy.  I have sent a email to all in my address book last night and only received 3 BACK . To the others I am going to ask them if they sent a message to let me know at my yahoo ADDY and see what happens . THANKS to all . Still working on it.Does your ISP provide a spam folder?  Have you checked it?yes they have a spam folder , but its empty.I think you'll need to get your ISP to help with this; clearly the emails are not arriving in your mail account.  The ISP should be able to check the mail logs to see what's happening - depends on how good an ISP you're using.I just sent you an email to your yahoo address roz, did you get it?
