When going into "microsoft word" new file document or even older files I have no menu or toolbar and can not find a way to access these.  I have reloaded microsoft
office.  Running windows xp with 4 ACCOUNTS, other accounts are not having this PROBLEM  Any suggestioms will be helpful.  I have TRIED everythingSounds like you're stuck in full screen mode. Press escape, or Close Full Screen from the AutoHiding toolbar that should be at the top of the screen.Thanks but that's not the problem. When opening a Word documents-only on my account, I'm running XP- Word opens with ONLY a blue strip across the top that has the title of the document and restore, minimize and close buttons in the top right corner. ALONG the right margin is the scroll bar and along the bottom is the usual scroll bar with spell check and the other buttons. I have tried and can't find any way to get a menu or tool bar to show up. This happens only in my account and not on the other three accounts on my computer, any other ideas?

Anybody have any ideas I  have tried everything and I can not fix this.  Even old memos and letters are showing up with no menu bar or toolbar but only under my name 3 others on my computer are find.  I have re loaded windows office 2 times and not fix in site!
