Use the print link as you said, but, when the print dialog box comes up you have to close it, reselect what you want to print, and THEN GO File>Print and the selection option is AVAILABLE. Not quite the pain of cut and paste into Word, but it will work. Thanks to all for answers.I had this problem and found it was related to installing a new printer. There was an option on the File MENU that had to be deselected to allow the Selection option to BECOME available. Just so you know. CiTiBoY
