Answer» I just BOUGHT a new Compaq Q, notebook and straight from the box I tried using the shift key and nothing happened. If I use the "CAP Lock" it will work but then again I can't get the "[emailprotected]#$%^&*()" on the number keys? Is it take back to store time?Warranty...THANK you Patio. I THOUGHT that there was something in the settings that was wrong, but will take it in. Welcome Aboard ! |
