Solve : no shut off? |

Answer» I SHUT my computer off the usual way CLICK start /off/off.up to yesterday fine.now go through same steps nothing it won't shut down.i have to use wall switch.help.anybody got the answer.I'm pretty sure that's part of a virus or something...I had a similar thing happen on my OLD comp, and performed a little experiment with turning it off...I left it at the "Windows is shutting down" screen for 38 HOURS before finally hitting the button...only way i know to fix it is to wipe the hard drive clean and start with a fresh OS... |
