Answer» Hi everyone, Im new and a TOTAL novice with computers. My trouble is when I GO online, I have no sound. I have checked the VOLUME icon and it is up to full. When i play tunes stored in my library, they are fine. The windows welcome tune plays to as it does when the computer shuts down. Thanks in advance for any HELP.
