Answer» A family friend just called and said that norton has locked his computer up he can't get in at all sorry I don't know the specifics of the computer yet I'm assuming he has either xp or vista on it. I'm assuming he has either xp or vista on it................Two very different Operating Systems. What information should I add when submitting a QUESTION? Also, what Norton VERSION do you have.sorry about that i'm going over to his house tomorrow night I guess what i'll do is get rid of norton and install another anti VIRUS on pretty much all he told me is that he has norton and it locked him out cause norton wants him to pay for it I don't know the EXACT details yet hey guys I just wanted to let you know that I fixed his computer and EVERYTHING is good.Any idea what happened? |
