Solve : Not able to install some softwares in Windows 7?

For the LAST few days... I am having problems while installing softwares (like Xillisoft Video Converter and Avidemax) in which the software while installing show this #attachment .. Unpacking the installation Data and after that nothing happens.. Plz help..
