First, I'm not too in-depth, so any help, hopefully I can follow, and not even sure if this has been answered, tried to search, but here goes.

I have Win XP, and sometimes when I am running usually utorrent, and usually overnight, some time during it, this box comes up from Realtek, about plug and play. When this occurs, it SEEMS to slow things way down, and the mouse pointer barely moves in ORDER to click the box off, and it takes a restart to get things back to normal. Am I making sense, and any help or advice?

Also, could you post the specs for your computer? Or a brand name and model number.
The box that comes up is not a computer message box, it looks like a pop-up type box from Realtek, has this robot-looking kind of WIZARD thing at the top, does not give any kind of system message, but when it does COME up, the mouse and computer in general goes really slow. Seems only to come up when using utorrent, but not every time either.

Computer is Sony VAIO, VGC-RA840G. Pentium D 820, Win XP media center edition, 2005. Does that help at all?

How do you know it is from Realtek?I'm sorry, maybe I misunderstood. There isn't any text as far as a system message from my computer, but the box that comes up is very close to this one, except it only shows 2 plug ports on it, unlike this, and says plug-and-play. This is the closest image I could find. I'm not sure, as slow as it seems to make this run, I'd be able to capture it next time it does come up.

In the Task Manager select the Processes tab and note the name of the process that is taking up the CPU (if any). You can identify this process by looking for the one with the highest number in the CPU column.Will do, might be a day or 2 till it comes up again, but will get it when it does.
