When I open certain things, such as e-mail, the search function on my comp, my virus scan, I cant view certain text. On th e-mail, the page will load with everything but the e-mail text. The search function on my virus scan will open but I the screen is essentially blank, not text, links, things like that. This problem, however, is only on my wifes profile, not on mine. We have an HP tower with the AMD dual core 4200 processor using Windows XP. We havent changed any seetings that we're aware of, any sggestions?Read this firstNeed...more...info...gasp

ALAN <>< I am currently using mcafee antivirus and wireless protection, off of the computer NAME it is Microsoft XP Media Center Edition, Version 2002, Service Pack 2. HP AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core Processor 4200. The computer worked fine for a year until last week. Wife said she didnt install anything new, nor have I. Did a virus check, nothing popped up. MAYBE your wife profile got corrupted. Try to create new one.
