Solve : Office Communicator batch file?

I was wondering if anyone can help me out; i am trying to create a bat file (if possible) that will AUTOMATICALLY add contact to office communicator; as in. instead of CLICKING on add and adding their email one by one throughout the workplace; is there a way that i can create a batch file to auto do that that i would be ABLE to distribute to my COLLEGES?
