Answer» i don't know why but at 95% it says an error happens and then it just skips that 5% and goes and makes my desktop and stuff but when i go online it makes me have this security things called ssl thats when using google chrome or when using fire fox it makes me mad and brings up these verify certificate thing and says connection failed and my COMPUTER runs slower and slower can some one please help me please No idea what you are talking about. You're not clearly explaining what's wrong. The question we're asking is if a restore quit at 95% with an error, how are you getting into Windows to use Chrome in the first place?
