Solve : Only can shut down or log of from task manager?

1.	Solve : Only can shut down or log of from task manager?
Answer» Whenever i GO to start/shut down/shutdown or restart or log off, It doesnt do ANYTHING and it goes back to the desktop. Yet, If I go to the TASK manger by Ctrl+Alt+Del, and I log off from there I am able to shut down. Any AWNSERS?Scan for viruses, TROJANS and spyware.
