When I copy a document, 1/2 comes out faded. Printing off the web
my copies come just fine

Please Help If I'm not mistaken you already have a thread on your printer PROBLEM don't you? If so, you should stay in that thread to avoid duplication of efforts. Yes. But u know what? I cannot seem to get any help from anybody. I do need my printer. I'm a " Writer ", I do alot of printing. Maybe I wore out the " Printhead ". Wild guess, what do u think? But then again if it's something like the drivers I wouldn't know what to do.

I thought I was lost in The World of Computers, this Printer doesn't make things
