Answer» I recently created a backup filehewlett packard FWB to try and open the program i changed the program to open the file when i try and CHANGE it back to the ORIGINAL program i can't find it on the computer. Does anyone know how i can revert back to the original program when i click on search the WEB it says file unknown. Any help would be much appreciated jhadI can't speak for anyone else, but I find your question indecipherableI created some backup files on a Hewlet Packard computer when i try to reinstal them windows says it can't open these files, i was advised to change the program to open them. I right clicked on the files and changed the program to open them, this didn't work and now i need to change back to the original . There are 10 files in the backup folder the ones that i didn,t change read (SHELL common file DLL) i need to get back to this on the folder that i changed. Hope you understand this and thanks for any help.
