Answer» I am currently USING Wanadoo for my emails and have been able to open attachments easily. Suddenly, the other day, I can't open anything and get the following message... "WINDOWS cannot open the specific device, you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." I click on the attachment, then on open and it runs down from 1 to 100% then I get the above message...can anyone HELP please ?? It only seems to be Word DOCUMENTS by the way. The error box has, at the top of the blue banner line.............C:/Documents and Settings/"my name"/Local settings/Temporary Internet FILES.... CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE ?
