I have a computer that I got for $10.00.It has no HARD drive or card,with it.Just wondering what OS to install on it?I have Win.Nt,Win.2000,Win 95 or 98.It,s aother one of my computers.Appreciate any help.Thanks in advance.OptiPlex GX240(name)Without hard disk you can't install os.....You need to look over the Dell web site.
Look on the bottom or back and find the serial NUMBER and the service tag. You may ALSO find a certificate that indicates which OS it has.
