Answer» Beginning last night, when I open Outlook, it asks me for the passwords for my mail accounts. I have the "remember" password box checked, but it always asks anyway.Does it accept the passwords? Don't know if you're in the UK, but BT has issues with their mail services yesterday and lots of people were having this very issue.The dialog box always pops up asking for the password when accessing the accounts (I have 4 email accounts monitored through outlook. Even when I check "remember password", it does it every time. I am in the USSo you enter the password, click OK and can see your NEW mail OKAY? I would SUGGEST you start by recreating the email accounts.
