Solve : Outlook Express full???

Answer»

I run with windows XP...my outlook express says it is full and won't take any more e-mails....what do I need to do??What is the exact error message? It'd take *a lot* of e-mail to actually prevent outlook from getting any e-mail. I'm assuming that it's more likely that your Internet service provider e-mail box is actually full and not your outlook.

Additionally make SURE Outlook Express is not saving e-mail on the server. You can check this by following the below steps.

- In Outlook Express click Tools and then Accounts.
- In Internet Accounts double-click your e-mail server.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Make sure leave a copy of messages on server is not checked.

About once a month I GET a message from my Internet Provider that my mailbox is over quota. The last time I talked to them they told me they were INCREASING their quota starting this month. So far, no more warnings.
