Answer» Hi, not even sure I'm on the right forum. Since yesterday my outlook express will not open, i get the error asking if I want to send an error report to microsoft. I literally have no idea where to go from here, any ideas??? I'm quite basic on the computer so be gentle with me, many thanks in anticipation. MiriamFor future reference you need to suply system details. i.e. Make and model of PC, operating system etc. What have you done in the last 24-48 hours on the system. Downloads, installs, UPGRADES ro updates? Have you got ANTI VIRUS and spyware software installed? Tried scanning your system for nasties? Tried system RESTORE? - on ME and XP SYSTEMS.
