Solve : outlook express wont connect? |

Answer» I have my e-mail scanning off and deleted that entry but outlook still will not come upaclambert I use ccleaner, adaware, Microsoft antispyware, spyware blaster, ewido and Norton and they come up pretty clean. Nothing that doesn't get FIXED. I also just ran ADSspy.I just went back and reviewed your answers........ When you ran all these scans your list ....... What do you mean by pretty clean ? thats not a very definitive answer ....... When you did the scans , did you RUN them from the safe mode ? Did you have the SYSTEM RESTORE turned off ...... trojans love to hide in there and then if you use it ...the system becomes reinfected. How about hummoring us and go into safe mode and then run scans with ..... CCLeaner , M/S antispyware , Ewido and finally Norton. Before you run these scans please ensure that these apps have any AVAILABLE updates ........ Once they have finished , you should be able to report that your system is clean. Are you able to receive Email from any other service or is Yahoo your only mail provider ? dl65 |
