Answer» I have two issues which are killing me. I have a distribution list called "support". The distribution recipients want to filter all mail sent to "support" to go to a specific folder on thier systems, which is easy using the rules, BUT..they also want mail sent internally to "support" to go to thier inbox. How can I get Outlook to recognize internal mails? I USE exchange server.
The other issue is: "support" WANTS to reply to outside customers showing that the message is from "Customer Support" instead of the INDIVIDUAL person who replied to the message. I tried to change the display name on the exchange server, but this does not work. Also, when the USER tries to "spoof" the "from" in the reply to the customer, it of course bounces back, with the errror that the user does not have PERMISSION to send to that account. I am thinking I need to create an additional account on exchange, called "Customer Support" and alias it to support. What do you think?
