I am using MS XP Professional and have Outlook 2002. Whenever I access my e-mail, I keep getting a pop-up window asking me for my network password. When I type in the password, it just pops up again and ASKED the same question over and over again about EVERY second. For some reason it is not remembering my password. Can someone help me?One famous reason for that.

You are typing password wrongly. Check all the conditions IE CAPS LOCK etc.

Were you able to log in before? When did it start to deny?

Are you in network? That may be your mail server's and also your outlook's password either.

Try to type both of them.



Thanks for the response. Comcast is my ISP and I have been over this with them in detail. Yes, I am sure that I am typing the password correctly and that I am using the proper case. I have been over this with the technical staff at comcast as well as with a FREIND of mine that is an IT professional. Nobody can explain what is causing problem. All I know is that it is absolutely driving me nuts.Have you tried this
