Answer» I use MS OUTLOOK 2003 with Win XP. I have deleted my SIGNATURE in OUTLOOK but in a strange way OUTLOOK still use my old signature. Have also created a new signature but same thing here.. OUTLOOK KEEPS using my old one. Have also tried to re-pair OUTLOOK from C-panel but it didn't help. How can I get around this issue? Thanks in advance! Hello, Signature files are stored at C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures - three files for each sig - one each in HTML, plain text, and RTF format. You can manually delete the files and make new ONES with Outlook, hope that helps.
