Answer» My laptop CRASHED and having rebooted it I have a message SAYING that the HARD drive is disabled. How do you enable it or do I need to take it to a professional? What is the exact message, and at what point of BOOTING does it pop-up?Booting is not completing. When looking in BIOS it says that the hard drive is disabled. I have not touched anything in BIOS as I do not know what to do. Does this help your question. I am a complete beginner with regard to maintenance.Go into Bios and enable your hard driveMight be a silly question but what do I do in BIOS. I know it sounds as if I am THICK (I am when it comes to maintenance of computers) What do I click on? I dont mind if you want to laugh at how thick I am!!!I don't think, there is an option in BIOS to enable hard drive. |
