Answer» I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit. On my Main DRIVE (C), i have 2 files that show a PADDLE Lock Icon; Documents and Settings and $recycle BIN. How do I get rid of the Paddle Lock Icon and unlock the files for viewing.
