Solve : page opening in new window im 'my computer'?

I have a little problem but it is somewhat irritating:
Whenever i open a drive at 'my computer' page the drive opens in a NEW window .
i want to remove this situation such that the drives open in the same window.

Note:FOLDER options in the tools menu of windows explorer (open each folder in the same window) is not solving my problem.Open the folder and go to Tools > Folder Options. Select the Open each folder in the same window radio and click OK. HA ha, thank you. I think it's because my girlfriend's laptop has DSL. HEH.
