I went to go on my computer and I got a MESSAGE saying

"Value Creation Failed" at line 599

I have no clue what this means but it wont allow me to GET to the login screen...all I get is an HP blue desktop and then it REVERTS back to give me the message again.  I tried starting in safe mode and it did the same thing.  I havent downloaded anything recently so I dont know why it would do this...
I have an HP with XP...Before Windows loads, press F8 and choose last known good configuration.I tried that too and it still does the same thing...
I did put Style XP program on my computer a couple of weeks ago...I dont know if that would affect anything but I CANT get on to check...Can you press CTRL + ALT + DEL when you're in Windows and manually shut down any non-essential system process?no I cant even get past the windows startup, to the login screen...Take a look at a few of the Google hits http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22Value+Creation+Failed%22+at+line+599&btnG=Google+Searchit seems like all of those people were able to actually get on their comuter...but I cant do anything whatsoeverI think this means a reformat and reinstall for you, then.so there is no other ALTERNATIVE!!???!!
what is this problem caused by??I think it has something to do with the program I downloaded called Style XP...The problem is, how can I fix it if I cant even get to the main page, even in safe mode...Mentobe.......  Unfortunately sometimes when ones downloads tweeking programs , they don't work as anticipated for various resons.
If you are unable to access your machine , either in normal or in safe mode...... I dont see any option other than what Raptor has already suggested ........ A format and a nice clean install.
