Comrade Czar,U may be having some reason to lock up ur recycle bin from others,unfortunately u dont have any option available in Windows.I'm really amazed that there isn't some way to "password recycle bin" that a person could find by typing something (I can't THINK what) into a search engine (I can't think which one).
