Answer» Hi everyone, I got a PC that was given away from my company. It was installed with windows XP before. When I got it, it didn't have hard drive or RAM so I bought a new one and install them on my PC. When I first start up the PC, this message was appeared: I don't KNOW the password so what can I do to solve this issue? Please help. Thanks!!!It says to press I did try that. Then it say "incorrect password, system hail, windows must shut down."It also says it's not seeing any hard drives... What happened prior to this dilemna ? ?I think it might be because the hard drive that got windows XP installed on was removed prior to give the PC away. That's why it's ask for that old hard drive, not the one that I bought. That's what I though but not sure.
