Answer» I have a Dell Insperon 530 that is about 2 and a half years OLD. Windows Vista Home Premium is the operating software. On startup it has always required a PASSWORD to get to the desktop. After being gone for about three weeks, when I turned the computer on I got the following message: "The User PROFILE Service service Failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded". I am entering the CORRECT password, because if I enter an incorrect one it gives me hints on the correct one. I don't have a password recovery DISK. Can anyone help?
