Answer» Hey, I need to know how to protect some of my folders on my COMPUTER. I want to be ABLE to set a password on them so that only i can open select folders. I have other people living with me that use my computer, and i don't want them messing with my personal documents. If anyone KNOWS a site that they trust that i can download a "password protector" or something, then that would help out alot. (I run with windows XP professional if that helps)As "Administrator", you can "Password protect" your entire system. Set up accounts for each USER or one account called "Guest" that anyone can use. They won't be able to get to your STUFF in My Docs or any other Folders. |
