Solve : PC freezing.?

Answer»

My PC will open and work ok in emails, but as soon as i go to my blog or any WEB page it will freeze.
I close it down on the tower button, restart and it works fine for the rest of the night.
Then the same thing will happen to-morrow.

All security has been checked and is clear.Have you checked your connection recently ? ?
Speedtest.net is good for that...This is bad Patio, it says 0.01It took 20 seconds to bring this page up for this reply.Call your ISP provider...that's the issue right there...I ran a check and should i do what it says. Maybe the fault is in the SETTINGS for the internet at the first capture.

I'll have to get in touch with BT, they are the worst.

Now this reply is working in about 1 second.

[year+ old attachment deleted by admin]I didn't suggest FixAll as a check...do you have that app installed ? ?

BTW...it's garbage...BT are by no means the worst, in my opinion (i've been connected using BT, TalkTalk, Cable & Wireless and Virgin) and in dealing with all of them i've found that BT are the fastest to remedy faults, always a UK call centre, quickest to upgrade EQUIPMENT and also the EASIEST to negotiate deals that are not the usual package deals....... I have been with bt before i got the PC, but if i have problems we are always put through to India, and i cannot understand what they say  if i had a Befast or UK call centre number it would be fine.

I have and they said that there was no number.Since I live in the U.S., I know nothing about BT.  But, have you seen http://bt.custhelp.com/app/hub/c/346/session/L3RpbWUvMTMzMzMwNTA3Mi9zaWQvVzk3WnZ6VWs%3D ?  I see they also have a support forum. Quote from: soybean on April 01, 2012, 12:37:14 PM
