Solve : Pc keeps restarting?

Hi GUYS,

I need your professional help.. I'm using HP Windows XP... Yesterday my PC went bersak.. Its kept restarting every 10 mins.. I can't even run my Zone Alarm Anti-virus as the PC keeps restarting every 10mins. I've selected "Never" in the power option for standby mode as my PC also goes Standby mode every few mins once.. please help me.. I'm a Dumbo in solving PC issues.. I thank you in ADVANCE..can you try following steps:

1.change power card.
2.replace CMOS battery.
3.try to go safe mode.
