Answer» I am new , TRYING to learn this pc.about twice a day ,when i click my mouse ,nothing happens, right or left click. the mouse will MOVE around on screen.can some one help me with this.Restart the COMPUTER and tap the F8 key until you see Advanced Boot Options When that menu appears, select Safe Mode Let it go through the boot up process... Does the mouse work in Safe Mode ?1) You say it happens twice a day. What are you doing with the system when it happens? 2) Have you installed drivers for the mouse? 3) Do you have an anti virus utility installed and RESIDENT at all times? Do a full scan with your anti virus utility AND with MalwareBytes.I thought he meant that he studies computers twice a day
