Solve : PDF files not opening?

I have Adobe reader 7.09 and when i attempt top open pdf files I get code only. PDFs used to open before we reloaded the OS trying to use SP4 for Windows 2k.

What did I forget?SORRY to bother you but what computer/windows are you using?? RAM, COMP, HD, etcDLoad and try Foxit Reader and SEE if it works.....
have u tried downloading the lasted Adobe?

Adobe don't work so well on Vista... so can we can get some background first. Saying that Vista aint to BAD but let's find out first.It may be worth an upgrade to another version of windows.

This is a silly suggestion....besides the FACT he is running Win2K Pro.
And the post has nothing to do with Vista.
