Check INSIDE the case to see how dirty it is. Use a can of compressed air to clean all fans and heatsinks etc. As ALWAYS when working inside the case remove all power sources and take anti-static precautions. To test the RAM DLoad and run MemTest...let it run a few hours... To check the PSU SWAP in a known good one of the same or higher wattage rating. Let us know if there's any questions.
