unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next replyDear Allan
As per your advice I installed blue screen viewer, but I found no entries in upper or lower pane,now WHT to do ??.
Also, every time I GET different error messages, for example 000000F4 or 0000007a or sometimes kernel error .pls PROVIDE me solution as early as possible.
I tried regcure but i don't have redisterd copy so i could not fix the REGISTRY problem
