Answer» Ok, random errors and restarts at the startup still happening, but at least I fixed my audio stuttering. Explorer.exe or any other processes have stopped consuming CPU. What can I do with the sfc /SCANNOW? it says some files are corrupted, but not all were fixed, something like that.
