When I'm on the Desktop or any other window, I get pornographic images popping up on my screen. When I close them down, they re-open again. They even SET themselves as my background screen. This is very DISTURBING as it is homosexual porn images.

Can someone please tell me or advise how I would get rid of these things?

I am starting to believe my computer has been hijacked.

For WINDOWS XP do you have Service Pack 2? It comes with a free Firewall.
You should be using an Anti-Virus, Ad-Aware, and SpywareBlaster. All can be
