Hi. This is my first post, so I am going to try to put as much info as I can.

I recently decided to clean my computers hard disk drive by removing programs I do not use anymore. Now, every time I turn on my computer, this pop up appears.



I do not know if uninstalling programs would do this. So what possibly CAUSED this and how can I remove this?

Thanks Computer_Commando for CORRECTING me about the hard disk drive.This is what happens when you delete something without using Windows "Add-Delete Programs".  BTW, you did not "clean memory".  Memory is RAM and is "CLEANED" every time you turn the computer off.  You "cleaned" the hard disk drive (also known as: disk drive, HDD, etc., but never Memory).I used the add/remove programs in the control panel.Download and run Mike Lin's Startup Control Panel - http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml
Delete any entry RELATED to modicl.dll or the program you deleted
