Answer» For the past few weeks, Ive been having some trouble with computer. About every 4-5 minutes, a command box with nothing in it. In addition, a window will appear and say the following: C:\DocumentsandSettings\Administrator\fs3fm.exe C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.
I can choose between 'Close' and 'Ignore'. They both give me the same result: the box just disappears. In addition, if I was to leave my computer idle, these boxes would pile up...I'm talking about 75-90 if I leave the computer for a while. I have run several different types of virus scans, and all seem to MISS it.
Side note: the 'fs3fm.exe' part is not always the same. There are other names. Has anyone heard of this, and what is this cure? Please help! THANKS for your time.AdAware
