Solve : posting problem?

My comp has started to fail to post (beep once) on power-up. If I push the reset BUTTON, it will post and startup normally, anyone have any ideas? 
 
 THANKS  for the REPLIES, but none addressed the problem of why I am having to push the reset button to get the machine to post.

Thanks patio - all I read was "beep" and didn't even notice he said "one".No problem...how goes it ? ?
