Answer» In my office, there is one pc that USE priter sharing that shared from a main pc. it can print but no letters output (Blank letters)but other pc ok. I still wonder it cause form SYSTEM or VIRUS or others. I try to add this printer but still the same. Great. I find this answer now it OK. I spend severals day. Now I remove this printer NETWORK by Uninstaller of HP 1020 that in cd Path: English\Driver\ZUNINST.exe after it remove its database that have before require restart pc. this answers for who have this problem LIKE me. thank all reply and check me.
