I am having trouble installing my printers. I get a message that the printer spooler has not been found, or printer DRIVER has not been installed. Yet I am not able to install or troubleshoot either. Can you help?julia jackson..... Perhaps you could assist us in helping you........ How many printers are you ATTEMPTING to install ?
What MAKE and model are they .
Do you have the printer installation sheets for each of them ?
Do you have the installation cds which should have come with them?
Are these printers new or have they been working on your system previously ?
dl65 Also, are these printers connected directly to your computer, or are you trying to connect to them via a network? What type of computer connection do they use, USB or Parallel port?We will have to wait for Julia to RETURN.........What is the Forum record for hit and runs in a 24 hour period ? ?
