This is driving me nuts and I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to get my printer (or computer) to again start printing in regular size type instead of these tiny letters.

DerekWhen did it start / what printer are you using / did it ever work right / uninstalled and reinstalled printer drivers / checked for latest drivers for your printer/ check for viruses and spyware?

It's actually my mom's computer but she's getting on and finding these things tricky.

I can try the drivers stuff and run virus stuff in case it's that - thanks.
