Solve : problem after unpluged e net and shut down?

i was at work when i told my buddy to get my computer. i had it plugged in to atat dsl net and computer was on frost wire page. he closed it out and hit power button and un plugged the e net line on computer and shut lid. when i got home the power button was pushed and when windows started it said explorer problem closing and then it went AWAY and the systems tray went away along with all desk top icons every time i RESTART it does the same thing. i have two accounts on computer and the other LOG in works but says "Unable to get disk information, can not use the alert feature." this is on the Toshiba's hdd/ssd alert. virus scan was fine....... any thoughts?

Besides possible abrupt SHUTDOWN corruption of windows and user accounts, frostwire is know for its ability to infect a computer. I suggest you run a malware scan like Mbam from malwarebytes website (free version) and then think about a restore of windows to before this happened.
