Solve : Problem reinstalling windows 7?

Hi all

I am TRYING to reinstall windows 7 and a read and watched every video on you tube possible.
I know that I should have windows 7 on a cd/dvd and if I restart my pc it should show boot pc from cd or dvd, but that screen does not appear. I then restarted my pc again and went to the boot settings and the options I get there are wayyy different to the options I saw in a video and pictures. I ATTACHED a picture, please please help guys thank you

What does this mean? Either you have it or your don't. Most newer computers don't supply them anymore because they have a PC Recovery partition located on the hard disk drive. Maybe F11 or F12 on power up.Quote from: Computer_Commando on September 28, 2013, 12:32:05 PM

Microsoft supplies ISOs that can be burned or put on USB flash devices.

Only reason i Posted is i suspect it's an older PC that probably should not have W7 installed...otherwise he shouldn't be having any issues...
